ETIHAD LOST MY LUGGAGE OUTBOUND THEY PROMISED TO FUND IT OR COMPENSATE ME.
AFTER 10 WEEK THEY STILL FOBBING ME OFF AT HEATHROW DEPARTURE OFFICE. DESPITE PIR REPORT AND ALL INFORMATION FURNISHED.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL FROM Ms Sabira and Henry (Manager)beware of these characters. They do not care. They slam the phone if you complain.
Do not fly with this airline.
