Flight outbound from Manchester to Finland delayed 6 hours due to a fault so another aircraft had to be flown from Poland to pick us up. Return to Manchester delayed again due to another fault so currently waiting for another aircraft to come pick us up from Finland to take us back to Manchester. I really think they need a new fleet. Would not recommend flying with enter air

“THESE PLANES NEED SERIOUSLY CLEANING”

THE PLANES ARE DIRTY, THE WINDOWS ARE DIRTY, THE SEATS NEED A GOOD CLEAN, THE FOOD TRAYS NEED A GOOD CLEAN. STAFF ARE NICE, PLENTY OF LEG ROOM. PILOT ON THE ENT455 LANDED HARD...I THINK HE NEEDS TO GO BACK IN TO PILOT TRAINING.. PUT MORE MONEY ON THE TICKETS GUYS...TO PAY FOR CLEANING...

“Lost my case”

It was an hour flight from Tel Aviv to Larna Cyprus so the discomfort did not upset me but on arrival I lost my suitcase and 7 days later am struggling to make contact with the company. Having read previous reviews I fear that it is lost in Warsaw forever never will I fly with them again. Give me any African airliner

“Never will fly Enter Air again!”

Trip from Kiev to Tel-Aviv 6th of Oct'r. Flight was late to board by 2 hours. My seat & several others were not able to tilt back a bit for comfort. The folding table is smaller than I've seen on any plane since the very old Aeroflot Yukolev's I was on over 20 years ago, the carpet was detached from the floor in several places causing people to trip numerous times. Toilet small & cramped space more than on other airlines. All the crew members had faces like they were mourning their parents, announcements were in Polish, very few were translated to the languages of the majority of the passengers (English & Hebrew). One man offered to translate to Hebrew & was half the time refused. The food served was a disgrace, drinks no better. I suspect the pilot bought her license to fly in a 5 & dime store, the "comfort" of the flight was more like a "hill train ride" in an amusement park - though as a flight it was far from amusing. And some items were stolen from my suit case, & the company refuses any responsibility.

“Expect delays, poor staff quality”

After a great holiday, this was the only problem. The departure was delayed as the flight details were not provided to the pilot. This paperwork cost over an hour. We were than delayed 2.5 hours on return. No apology. Bad staff - no explanation

“Fabulous airline”

Just travelled to and from Corfu with Enter Air No problems whatsoever Both flights on time Staff courteous and helpful. Quite adequate legroom. Coming back on the 28th September the pilot was superb He told us every country and city we were flying over making the flight so much more interesting I wish other pilots would do this but don't seem to do it anymore. I would travel again with this airline at any time Superb

“Disappointing ”

Flying from Birmingham to kefalonia on 19th September 2015 Delayed and kept waiting on plane with no explanation as to why No water available on the flight which I thought unacceptable after a two hour delay They ran out of tea to drink The staff struggled to calculate prices of drinks and snacks The pilot and crew could not be heard or understood when making announcements Return journey on the 26th September , again delayed with no explanation Abrupt staff ( may be because of language barrier) Not a suitable airline for British holiday makers Shall definitely go back to thomas cook or thomson in future

We are a family of 4 just flown with enter air. Like others I had read reviews and was worried,but I can honestly say we had nothing to worry about. Crew were very pleasant and polite plane was clean you get plenty of leg room and we definitely fly with this airline again. Thankyou enter air

I had read some toe curling reviews about Enter Air so was understanderbly concerned about what to expect. Although there Was some confusion about boarding time and departure- gate open/boarding/ departed within a matter of minutes being displayed on the information board so we ended up running for the plane along with most of the other passengers! My concerns were aliviated as the flight and customer service on board was fabulous. The Air Crew were helpful, happy and professional. Nice comfy seats and we had plenty of room. My experience of Enter Air was 10/10.

Having read bad reviews I did not not know what to expect, but having travelled from Birmingham to Corfu recently, i must say that the flight was excellent and the cabin crew were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us when we stupidly left our ipad at the security check out. Many thanks to them and I would definitely recommend them!

I couldn't agree more with you. I paid for extra legroom and never got it - this company made my precious Ryanair flights feel like first class. I had a return flight home with them and found a Thomas Cook flight cheap for my return flight home.

“Better than expected ”

We booked our holiday to Zakynthos in Oct 2014, 7 weeks before departure we were informed our airline had changed and we would be flying with Enter Air. Having never heard of this airline I did some research, I found very little in the way of reviews and those I did found were very unfavourable so I thought I would add a review of mine own to maybe reassure anyone flying with them this summer. Very quick efficient check in at Manchester Airport, left on time, appropriate amount of communication from the pilot, friendly and cheerful flight attendants who spoke enough English for them to understand us, fair leg room, very smooth flight with no issues. On return we were delayed by 45 minutes, we were not informed at check out nor heard any announcements to inform us of this delay. Flight back no issues, slight delay at baggage claim at Manchester but overall very pleased with this airline and would be happy to fly with them in the future.

“Damged roller bag”

After landing in Sweden on our Enter Air flight from Croatia a handle was misssing on one of our, brand new, rollerbags. As Enter Air not is an IATA member the SAS staff att the airport could not handle it. Thy could only issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) which we had to scan together with our ticket and boarding card and e-mail it all to Entair Air in Warzaw. Some time after that we had an email from them telling us that they had fowarded our claim to their insurance company in Germany. They also telphoned us with information about it. The insurance company then wanted us to send by post all the documents like PIR, boarding card etc PLUS the receipt from the shop where we had bought the bag together with detailed photos of the bag and the damage. All this was not easy as we needed to scan, take photos, send mail, answer telephone calls in English and German. As lots of airline passengers usually dispose of their travel documents when waiting for their we baggage at the airport we would strongly recommend them not to do so. The companies rules for claiming are extremely strict. Perhaps in order to scare theri passengers from complaining? How many passengers keep their reciepts from the bag store? I finally got a new bag, but it was of a lower quality than the damaged one.

“ABANDON HOPE ALL YOU WHO ENTER AIR”

We flew from Birmingham to Heraklion, Crete with Enter Air, through Olympic Holidays. It was the worst flight I have ever experience in nearly 50 years of flying. Worse than Aeroflot and all the internal flights I have done in China. Check-in at Birmingham and Heraklion was a disgrace, a cramped old plane with surly staff and no proper in-flight service. No coffee or Coke, the sandwiches took 45 minutes to appear and were mainly inedible, seats were broken and would not stay upright and a loo was broken. We will not use Olympic Holidays from Birmingham again because of this experience. They don't even deserve 1 Star for terrible, it was much worse.

My flight time is 5.45am from Manchester on Sunday 30/08/15. Does any one know what time the check in desks open? Monarch quite often open about three hours before the flight.
