Flew to Brisbane from Auckland return. We ordered 4 kids meals, only two turned up, one child got adult meal other child got nothing! On return flight, one kids meal had no cutlery, wife asked for cup of tea, which arrived stone cold! Asked later for another tea and was given a coffee! I wasn't even asked if I would like a drink. It felt like some staff did not want to be there, very cold! Then to finish the flight one of the air hostess gave a steward a grilling in front of everyone which was really unprofessional. They really need to up there game.
