Tried several times to contact this company, 3 times phone was just cut off after being on the line for half an hour, all that time just to be cut off this surely has got to be some lazy call centre member of staff that can't be arsed to answer the phone - how utterly rude and totally out of order, I am desperate to cancel or amend a flight and just cannot get hold of them even after sending emails - maybe they will listen when I contact their chief executive!! Worst company ever
