The airline treated passengers like animals. The so called "speedy boarding" I'd paid extra for involved STANDING in a line outside the door to the tarmac for 40 minutes, while we waited for the plane to arrive and be turned round. One of those standing was a young woman with a child, there was no-where to sit. Why would they send us down to stand at the door when we could have been sitting in the lounge? Then they came and tried to take the cabin baggage away from the person at the front of the line, on the grounds that they now had "too much hand baggage going on the plane". No explanation of why the person who was front of the line should have her baggage taken away, rather than people who checked in later or who did not pay for baggage or priority booking. Once on the plane, they could not get the passenger numbers reconciled, so sent ONE person down the plane to check every boarding card manually against a paper list. Take off was delayed by a further 45 minutes as a result. What a shambles. And only about £10 cheaper than my outward flight, on SAS. Won't be flying Easy Jet again - it wasn't just the problems, it was the fact that they dealt so rudely with passengers.
