Just tried to cancel a booked piece of hold baggage because the 2 hour check-in window doesn't allow time to clear security and enjoy the servisair lounge. Unfriendly operator told me that Easyjet is a non-refundable airline, although I can make changes to the flight, the names, or even add hold baggage on-line.
I used to think of EJ as the best of the the low-quality airlines...not so sure now!
