“Best Budget Airline”

Easy, efficient, friendly staff - what more can I say? Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we left Bristol Airport en route to Alicante. The cabin crew smiled the whole way and for the first time ever, I relaxed on a flight! Plenty of leg room too - I have been converted!

this experience directly contradicts thousands of unhappy customers reviews and experience

the cabin crew ,smiled the whole way , wow

and the leg room , well you must be very small or failing that you may of had the emergency exit seats . the leg room is far from acceptable if your 5 foot or over you just have to grin and bear it because apparently its part of a cheap no frills airline .

IF THE FLIGHT YOU PAID FOR EVEN HAPPENS !!!!!
