“nothing easy about it.”

Flew on a flight to Malaga from Bristol and firstly found the flight crew friendly.
But on my return on 27th January 2013 from Malaga to Bristol at 11:00 -12:50pm. I found the flight crew arrogant and very unfriendly.
The lowest of the low in public service. I will NEVER fly with them again.
The flight was just plain awful. They just couldn't fly the plane without making my stomach fall upwards into my mouth.
The staff very rude and inconsiderate. The leg room was just bad.
