Going to Rome, after animal stampede to get a seat was awful but easy jet
are going to change hoprfully. Returning plane was delayed for 3 hours, but
still had to be at the gate. It would have been common courtesy to be told
the reasons why. Instead we were left not knowing what was happening The pilot explained that it was due to flight control over France, but the
staff should have informed the PAYING CUSTOMERS way before what was happening,we would have understood. Get it right next time easy jet as we will not be flying with you again. Probably first and last.
