Once my family got on the plane it was fine but our flight was delayed, then delayed again, then canceled to the next day, then delayed once more, until finally we were able to get on the plane so we can go back home. Once we got on the plane it was okay, but because of all the short notices about the delays it caused the experience to not run smoothly. My family and I were dissapointed and expected better treatment.The crew was very nice and the food was okay, but overall it could be greatly improved.
