We booked an Easy Jet holiday through a travel agent last September and I can honestly say it was the best travel experience we have had. We flew from Newcastle to Malaga. The check in was very fast and straightforward, the plane was clean and adequately comfortable. ( much more so than Thomas Cook). The crew were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived at Malaga a taxi was waiting to take us to our hotel in Torremolinos. The driver carried my case to the immaculate four wheel drive, with tinted windows.We had been told we would have to phone the day before coming home to ensure our transfer to the airport.,but when the driver dropped us at the hotel he told us there was no need as he would be there for us.True to his word,he picked us up on time and we checked in for the return flight with no waiting.
I would not hesitate to travel with Easy Jet again.
