We travel with Easyjet a lot and book on line. There are two charges for card use ; one for credit cards and one reduced rate for debit cards.
Ours is a debit card but every time we use it we are charged the higher credit card rate.
We then have to e-mail Easyjet who 'as a gesture of goodwill' eventually refund the difference! Every time, Easyjet say they are reviewing the situation.
It is extremely annoying.
The hassles of booking on-line, sending the e-mail, waiting for a reply, being made to feel like you are trying to pull a fast one, makes us think we'll use another company next time.
