The possibility to check in on line often doesn't work, especially abroad. Today I came 5 minustes too late to check in, but with far enough time to get to the plane without any luggage but the people wouldn't let me because " it was company's policy" . All personal had a very bureaucratic view on how to handle the issue. The people of the company are not instructed to look at the needs of the clients but just at the need and most profit of the company. So when all is going well and you want to do include a patient for a tria, it will be no problem.
