I use Esyjet probably three, maybe four, times a year and have done so for the past six, maybe more years and I've never had any major problems. A couple of minor ones which were sorted were:
I had a flight delayed by about 30 mins once but we were informed well in advance and I simply hung in the bar for that half hour and so that was no probs.
I had a check-in problem when my home-printed boarding pass didn't scan at Luton and they fast-tracked me at the check-in desk and then through security.
I've always found the staff courteous and friendly and OK it's no frills and you get what you pay for but I've had far worse service from the so-called big boys who fly where Easyjet doesn't
I love the website, especially the way it tells you what you're gonna pay and what surcharges there will be from the offset.
Certainly not faultless just value for money.
