“Never using it again”

First time using EasyJet, they had 3 check-ins open for 5 flights, had to wait in a looong queue for about 1h, the security check took more than 1h, so many of us flying that day lost our flights. Of course, no refund is offered unless somebody in your family has died and you have to have a death certificate and etc etc.
