Wen we arrive terminal the easy jet staff are not help ful.we arrive the gate 10minit before but they don't let us in.they charge us £100.00 for next flight.when we go next flight they left 15minits late..the beg we take when we take they said its fine ,when we coming back from marrakesh they said same bag is big ,they charge us another £30.00 which is really unfear.for their own mistake I have to pay £100.fine.nd we lose our one day from our holiday..I m very upset...we never use easy jet again..and I told all my family and friend never use them,they will make bogus excuse and they will cone you..if u don't believe me try ur selvs u will see how terrible the are.....thank,s we get our lesson.
