We missed our flight from Gatwick to Malaga on the 10th August this year and so were gutted at the prospect of not going away.The staff member at the gate told us exactly what to do in a very calm and helpful manner ( although I was very distressed and I apologise to her!)We went to the EasyJet desk back in departures and the lady there called Elena was so helpful ,efficient and kind.She took us on a convoluted walk and got us to the front of the queque so we could rebook our flight for the next day.Luckily there were enough seats remaining!It cost an extra £50 each which was great value I thought. The rep at the desk printed out out flight details there and then.We were able to board the next day and all sit togther.In fact people with preschool age children were let on the plane first.The flight was comfortable amd smooth and all staff were on board were friendly.Our bags were waiting for us.On the return journey again the staff were friendly and the flight was smooth and good.I overheard one flight attendant asking someone to move so that a woman and her daughter who had boarded last could sit together!The same lady also sourced a magazine for me as she had sold out of the ones she had.Overall, I am delighted with EayJet and really think the staff went out of their way to help when they so easily could have been dismissive.I have had worse service on more expensive airlines! I will definitely use Easy Jet again and recommend them to anyone who wishes to fly.Many,many thanks,
