Arrived at Airport at time told to arrive and stood in line we were told to stand in, got to front of line and told we missed getting our luggage put thru for flight we were scheduled for. Was told to go into another line and by the time we got to the front of that line we were told they were not able to get us all on the flight we paid for as a family and someone would have to stay behind for another flight with the luggage and they would not seperate our luggage from us to arive later.
Family was split up for the day and I (dad) stayed behind for 11 hours for the next flight. Missed family time together and also missed paid for activities that were planned for the day.
Delta has the worst service ever and tals to you like your bothering them.
Was told by another Delta employee later in the day that they usually have oversold the flights and bumping you was easier with the excuse of the luggage.
Thanks Delta for ruining my vacation I saved for and could have gone alot smoother by using a different airline.
