Imagine a bad domestic flight - uncomfortable, bare minimum service, old plane. Now imagine doing it long haul - 14 hours. It was like a flying bus with disgusting food, filthy seating area (we washed our arm rests and tray tables with baby wipes and they were brown), none of the services other international airlines provide, they couldn't even stretch to a coloring book & crayons for the kids. We have lived in Europe, Australia, USA, and the Middle East and are used to traveling long distances. I cringe at the thought of flying them long haul again.
