Nemo Passenger helped by JetBlue in 1 minute while Delta promises fictitious credit and not proof of cancelled ticket credit after 3 hours online and phone.

Terrible company - need to take lessons from JetBlue!

Terrible communication.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible waste of time.
