No organisation at all.
Changed our flights twice.
Poor self check in system.
Broken seat on flight.
Meant to be a direct flight to Orlando but stopped at JFK then had no documentation for us on the connecting flight, as it was over booked had a long wait to get a seat.
On the return flight home they made my party sit all over the plane (as we were adults) not good when the flight is 8 and half hours.
Had an hour delay while sat on plane at Atlanta but not told why.
At Atlanta for the return to Heathrow Someone else had same boarding pass and seat as me - that had again over booked.
Do not use this company.
