“Worst Airline”

For the second time, i lost a fare for my wife because another airlines flight was late and she missed the Cebu Pathetic connecting flight. It was a typhoon at the time and probably the only time ever, the Cebu Pacific flight took off nearly on time. Had to buy a new ticket with PAL. The Cebu Pathetic hotline staff had me holding on the phone nearly half an hour and then came back and put the phone down. Cheap and rubbish. Fly PAL, not the best but 1,000 times better than Cebu Pathetic.
