“No Edmonton flights in may?”

I have just received a call from CA to inform me that all flights to Edmonton have been canceled with no explanation why, we had been booked to fly may 6th and all they can offer is to fly in June to the same location or fly on a different day to Calgary,
This has caused concern with my family about the possibility that this is not a reliable airline, we did opt to fly to a different city then drive to Edmonton after the flight not ideal but at least we can still maintain our planned journey.
