Booked and paid in full for 2 flights direct to Vancouver. 7 weeks before flying the outbound flight was cancelled, offered a day either side, chose the day after. 5 weeks before outbound flight we are informed it is doing a touch down at Calgary 2 hour extended flight time. Complained to Canadian Affair and have been treated with contempt. No compensation as changes cost us £200 we were just told that it is in their terms and conditions. Essentially means they can do what they want when they want. Would have been cheaper and better to have gone with a recognised airline. We have used Canadian Affair 4 times and 3 have had problems. NEVER AGAIN! BE WARNED! I guess the airline is struggling.
