“The worst experience of my life”

I fly frequently and thought would give these guys a try as the prices seemed attractive - a decision I very much regret to this day. Extremely rude staff and above all extremely rude customer service manager at the Canadian Affair office in the UK. My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience flying with them. Never again.
