One hour late to Calgary and one hour late from Vancouver to Gatwick. Usual excuse late arrival of incoming aircraft. Paid for exra legroom going out, very narrow, uncomfortable seat. On return paid extra again for Premier class again on the Thomas Cook flight. Seat was wider and plenty of legroom. The seat was extremely hard, why dont the manufacturers spend peanuts and pad out the seats a bit more, when you think of the cost of the plane it is stupid not to do this. The food was basic and the breakfast on the return was a blueberry bun and that was it, the packaging cost more, even the stewardess was embarrassed to hand it out. The service and entertainment and the check-ins were quick and efficient. Would fly again with them Premier class only and take some padding for the seat!
