Non-existent customer service! Who-ever runs their Marketing department should be sacked. In this day and age it is completely unacceptable.
- an out-sourced number to a foreign country is the only one available.
- I was offered a postal address or fax number to write to! This is 2012!
- I was given the name Melissa Sharp as the Manager of customer relations at BMI Baby - what a huge amount she has to answer for if she exists!
