Called the BA call centre to check what my upgrade options are for an upcoming flight as I don't have the option on manage my booking'.
Got through to a unenthusiastic guy who sounded like he just woke up irritated that he has to speak to me, no customer service here what so ever, BA do not know how to provide a good service.
