Frequent traveler through business with BA and it never fails to amaze me how rude, obnoxious, unpleasant and arrogant the staff are. Its like they are doing you a favor by serving you. You would think they are the queens guard the way they behave.
Other airlines Virgin, Thai Airways, easyjet and even Ryan Air give better service. AVOID.
