I flew through Nice Airport on February 4th. I used BA becauseit was the flight available at the time that suited me. I am not a fan of BA typically. This is not a reflection of anything other than comfort and service. I was greeted by a member of ground crew who was checking passengers in..EMMA EMMANUELLE...I believe she is French but she spoke beautiful English, apparently with pleasure.. She checked me in whilst she chatted and made the whole experience a pleasure...Score One... I then went through to the gate and there was the lovely Ms Emmanuelle..she chatted and smiled to all the customers...a delight!! Score Two..Finally as we are seating ourselves on the plane....sadly BA managed to stuff too many seats onto too small a plane, Ms Emmanuelle turns up again carrying the case of an elderly passenger ( probably against the rules) and places it in the overhead locker!!
This young BA employee is a joy and made my flight the happiest.
Please, please ensure that someone from HR speaks to her directly to let her know she was acknowledged!!!!!
I shall fly through Nice again soon and I shall seek her out...
