The flight felt safe and smooth so that has to be the main thing. But the staff are somewhat jaded and a little crabby. Many have been in this business too long and should be looking for office jobs.
I normally enjoy food on Malaysian or Singaporean but this was like Air Asia food. Very bland and disappointing.
The inflight entertainment cut out before Dubbo and it took most of the flight to Bangkok to get it rebooted. How many times did they reboot this cruddy old system on the return flight to London? I lost count. BA was truly a budget experience when that was not waht I expected.
