Do not fly with them. Their customer service is terrible. My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight and they provided no compensation for the inconvenience whatsoever. If that was the only inconvenience I would've been more forgiving but their aiport staff was also rude, I lost sleep because I had to stay in the airport and when i finally got to my destination i discovered they lost my bags! I was warned about this airline but didn't listen because it was the cheapest ticket. I really regret that. I have contacted numerous time about compensation for the worst trip of my life but all they've given me is bad attitude, excuses or straight up ignoring me! Do not fly with them!!!!!!!

So agree with the review, I tried to cancel my flight last year, but they only gave me $99 credit for $300 flight and I was told that I can use it for a year from flight date, today they told me that it actually was one year from purchase date, which means they gave me a credit of $99, tricked me and took it back, if everything goes as planned then yes you save money as they are cheap, but if you plans change be ready to loose all your money, never choose AA, go with United, they are much better
