Worst customer experience I have ever received.they gave away my wife's ticket on Christmas Eve to someone else .wife was there twenty minutes before .As she boarded the flight they told her the plane was full.when she showed her ticket and began to ask questions she was confronted by the male gate attendant and proceeded to try to intimidate her into not asking questions.

I called to get this individuals name and to file a complaint with the customer relations.I ended up having to get a supervisor on the phone and he was the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. He processed to tell me he was the highest up that a customer could talk to and would not give me his last name to file a complaint. Not once did he ask why I was calling and immediately went on defense. No way he would have ever said what he said to me to my face.

I then went online to file a complaint and I have never received an email back.

I am a frequent flyer for work and have never received this kind of terrible service.

Stick with Southwest as they have always been able to field and complaints or service request I needed.
