American airlines is a terrible airline. Don't expect that there is room for a 21 lb (yes it was a 1lb over some weird restriction) stroller when you are 8 months pregnant and traveling alone with an 18 month who you bought a seperate ticket for. No other airline has this weight restriction and I am a frequent flyer. They took my stroller away at the gate so when I was traveling through Chicago I had all our stuff plus holding him and his car seat because that is what he sits in on plane. I consider myself a very prepared flyer and would have even purchased a stroller at airport. Oh wait… airports don't sell strollers. Thanks American for just being the worst. Your employees were awful to me as well. I can see why you have such a low rating.
