I have only flown American twice. The first one was the best. The flight crew were very nice and helpful. That was after what happened earlier. We were on AA93 from Dublin EIDW to Chicago KORD. The flight was 8 hours 20 minutes and it was scheduled for 9:00 and would have arrived at Chicago at 12:00 but due a mechanical failure, we didn't arrive into Chicago until 4:00pm. We didn't get into our final destination Atlanta KATL until 9:00pm when we should have been there by 4:00pm eastern time. We also got stuck on an md80 and I really wanted to go on the Embraer ERJ-175.
