AA seating policy sucks. They hold all of the seats until the day of the flight because they want you to pay additional for seats. They would not let me chose seats for my 90 year old parents in advance. This is after being on hold for 30 minutes because there web site shows all of the seats as being unavailable. THEY SUCK!!!!!
