I have never flown such an incompetent airline ever! Our flight was delayed getting into Dallas-Ft. Worth and then we sat on the tarmack for another hour waiting for a gate to open up. So, of course, we along with 104 other passengers missed our connecting flight but were treated like a herd of cattle. Communication was horrible - it seemed that none of the employees knew what was going on. We stood in line for another 2 hours waiting to talk to an agent who could of cared less. We ended up having to fly to Milwaukee and then rent a car and drive through the night the rest of the way back to the Twin Cities. Never were any of the passengers offered a bottle of water, food, or hotel vouchers for being displaced. The employees were systematically cold and aloof. We will never fly AA again - horrible experience and a sorry excuse for an airline!!
