AA homed in on my carrying at RSW on 7-31-14 to ORD. AA has an intimidating over weight, bleached blond female who ordered me to check my carry on. In process of sizing I hit my Breitling watch against metal frame. I was infuriated and indicated to agent that I may have damaged my watch. She responded by saying I was a liar. After a few words she threatened to remove me from flight. If it wasn't for her, all else would have been fine.
Contacted AA via website. They acknowledged receipt. Never heard back. Now I know why they are at bottom.
That's OK. In situations like this my payback is to schedule a future flight with a different airline.
