have been trying for two weeks to speak to an actual person to so i can get the advantage points that are owed to me from previous travel. Finally got one person on the line and they immediately transferred me to another line that was closed for the day. I have been on hold for over 5 hours total and still have not had my issue resolved. I am furious! Besides all this - when I do travel, the staff is rude, and they clearly hate their job.
