Terrible service begining to end. I had to connect in Chicago from St. Louis going to Austin. The plane to St. louis was late and I missed my connection in Chicago. I had one seat open on the final flight of the day. the attendents were rude and not friendly at all. Almost missed my connection on the way back.Terrible rude people. Never again.
