Stewards appear tired and unhappy. Plane appeared less than clean. I asked for a towelette to wipe off my dirty tray and was given two dry napkins. Tarmac time in Dallas is unnerving. The passengers seemed relaxed but the attendants acted like they really hated what they were doing. They seemed tense and irritable. The ticket associates were great but seemed under-staffed. The security process at the airport was smooth. The only thing positive about this airlines would be if you get a flight without changing planes and going straight through to your destination. However I suggest AA take some lessons from frontier regarding general friendliness. Charge for baggage - just one more negative.
