My plan was to go from Miami to Texas, and from Texas to Sacramento. AA delayed my first flight one hour and made me lose my connecting flight to Sacramento. No other flights available that day and they did not even pay for my hotel or food. I was left in Texas without my bags for one whole night and the staff did not even try to be helpful. Nerver again will I fly in AA.
