“Terrible customer Service”

We have a terrible experience with this airline. The last July 20th our flight was cancelled in Dallas Tx. The People specially a lady named Alma she was so rude with us and not even ofered to a lunch and the food is too expensive there. Also she said that the airline is not reponsible to offer any kind of help to pay hotel or food because the flight was cancelled due to the weather. They are very unpolite and they are not responsible for anything.
