My wife and I flew from LA to Dallas to NYC (Laguardia) on flight 744.
To make long story short...our luggages were "lost" in Dallas, they called it "misplaced"...We call it "IRRESPONSABLES".
Our luggage never arrived on time until 3 days later.
Our luggage was bent and ransacked. Various expensives items were lost/stolen!!!
We're now trying to make a complaint to AA lost&found dept. and NO one picks up the phone (718)476-4062 or 1-800-535-5225
We called at 7AM when they say they start "working"..it is now 7PM and no answer. Clearly this airpline and it's employees are a big joke.
No one seems to care.
I would never recommend this airline not even to my worse enemy!!!
THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONALS, RUDE, INCOMPETENT, LAZY and DIRTY.
No wonder this airline is at the brink of bankruptcy.
The CEO and all his high end employees should be ashamed of themselves and out of work.
If we had knew this what's going to happen..we'll never had flew such airline!

Disgusting.
I have never imagined it to be so Low. I used to think high of AA until I gave it a try.
Never will I fly AA again. Rude and unprofessional staff. Cheap and horrible food.

@ "Sibaa". I know exactly what you mean. I've cut in half their credit card and my wife and myself will NEVER recommend this airlines to family members or friends. Our pleads have fallen into deaf ears.
We're now flying with Jet Blue and we're very happy and satisfied, their service is a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10.
It is now Sept. 12, 2012 and we still haven't heard a single word from AA on our lost luggages
