American Airlines is a very dysfunctional airline!!!!! The employees at the ORD airport are rude and inefficient. The flights are almost always delayed for no apparent reason, and the people working there will not give you any information. The cheap prices are not worth the hassle they put you through. Avoid this airline.
Contact castomer service is like talk to nobody!!!Same standart answers!!!Newer use AA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
