Air Transat is very good compared to other cheap airliners. For sure if you are looking for more informations this websites is not the good place! All you will find is negative stuff concerning exceptions. Only unsatisfied customers write reviews and that's why the rating of this airline is so bad, but the are only a minority. The majority are satisfied customers that booked with Air Transat and that had not impossible expectations. If you want to be treated like in First Class pay for, but don't pay economic hoping to get the same service!

Now concerning delays, sometimes it's due because of weather, problems or simply a lack in the management. But you know what it better to be on ground wanting to be in the air than the opposite. This said if there is a mechanical problem or de-icing delays just sit down and relax, because you can absolutely do nothing. Maby this delay saved your life...
