We flew from London to LAX with Air New Zealand, we found the seats in economy to be very uncomfortable and cramped, there was a man on the end of our row asleep for most of the flight so it was awkward to get up to use the bathroom without waking him up. There is no leg room and the tray was broken on my seat. It's very annoying when the person in front reclines their seat, if you want to sit in the upright position you have to strain your neck to watch your TV screen. The staff were ok, on two separate instances however we were given the wrong thing which we asked for. Food was a little bland, the beef dish was not very nice, the chicken was ok.
