“Shameful customer service in every respect”

Stuck for two days in Paris due to cancelled flights. Had to queue for hours and fight tooth and limb for a hotel room. All contact numbers are premium rate, even in France. Extremely rude staff. Minimal compensation. No apology. Avoid like the plague.
