My bag was lost for four days on a recent trip to see my family in Argentina. I called the lost bag line many times and had simply terrible service, in fact no service at all, three times they hung up on me. This was a point to point flight - Paris to Buenos Aires. Then my husband's bag was lost a week later when he was flying from Paris to Montpellier. We will not fly with them again if we can at all help it. They are rude on the phone, make claiming for items needed when you have no bag extremely difficult. i doubt the lost bag employees have any work at all to do as most people would surely give up in disgust. They get no stars at all from us for bag handling.
