Havana-Paris CDG, economy class, Boeing 777-300, on 5 February 2013.
We had 5 hours delay, nobody was able to give us explanation for such a delay or bother to apologise, only towards the end of the flight they acknowledged there was a delay. No complementary drinks or vouchers on the ground to make up for it in a similar way I experienced with other smaller and even private companies. The flight attendants not attentive: I had to ask for extra paper bag few times, as my mum was sick, before I finally received it. Food quality was ok, beverages were self service, leg space not adequate. Overall very disappointing experience.
